San Francisco, get ready! A special guest is coming to town.
The New York-based, cult make-up brand, Glossier, is joining forces with SF’s cult cafe, Rhea’s, and opening a pop-up shop at Rhea’s Bryant Street location on March 14th.
You might wonder what have make-up and food to do with each other, but Glossier being the marketing genie that it is since its launch in 2014; it was just natural to collaborate with a food spot in a city that’s all about food. Glossier and Rhea’s will give the interior a visual redesign with new furniture and fresh color palette while highlighting few original design details like the bar stools and the counter. The pop-up will feature Glossier’s full product line including fan-favorites like boy brow (miraculously good brow filler, shaper and fluffer), jelly cleanser (soft and creamy face wash), haloscope (a highlighter that lets your skin glow with just the right amount of shine) and their latest release, the lidstar (delicately glittering, all-day lasting eyeshadow).

And because shopping can make you hungry (or just because food is usually a good idea), the pop-up will have a limited menu with Rhea’s Cafe’s ‘greatest hits’. Of course, the famous Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich will be on the menu among other American-Korean delicacies Rhea’s is known for.
And because Glossier knows how to create excitement and suspense when it comes to their products and events, the to-go food and product packaging will have custom branding which you will probably see all over the city and on Instagram. Glossier at Rhea’s will be open for a month, so bookmark your calendars — you don’t want to miss this special NYC guest.
