From gas station to hip store: Summer Camp, Ojai

What better place to open a mid-century inspired shop than in a mid-century gas station? Since 2013 Summer Camp Shop has been a pitstop for unique camping goods, blankets, jewelry, candles, and everything in between. With a canoe on the wall, a macrame hanging chair, and colorful vintage pennants Summer Camp Ojai could also easily be from the Moonrise Kingdom. The owners, Rachel, and Mike have combined their love for handcrafted and vintage goods into a store, which also offers custom framing services and occasional events.
